What is beard balm?
Imagine beard oil and beard wax combining to create a child born out of pure love. This is beard balm. A perfect mix of these two worlds. It combines the nourishing and softening properties of beard oil and the shaping properties of wax.
It is perfect for beard wearers who have been growing their beard for at least 2-3 months since their last shave. For everyone else, beard balm comes too early. Between 1-2 months your beard is simply too short to benefit from the shaping properties of the balm. So there is no reason to use beard balm or wax at this stage. Beard oil is the beard care product of your choice here. Here I recommend my Viking beard oil.
Application
The application is incredibly easy. Simply open the black lid, take some balm from the black container and massage it into your beard.

All of my products are handmade and hand-cut, so size, shape and design may vary from bar to bar.
Fragrance
This beard balm is natural. It contains no artificial fragrances, just pure essential oil and is therefore very skin-friendly.
main ingredients
Shea Butter is an excellent, rich and nourishing moisturizer that reduces the appearance of fine lines and leaves skin silky smooth.
Beeswax is the protective barrier for the skin. The bees' wax also contains a lot of vitamin A. This supports our skin in cell regeneration - i.e. it helps to keep the skin firm and elastic and reduces wrinkles
Jojoba oil is a must in many cosmetic care products. This is due to the particularly nourishing effect of the oil on skin and hair. The other components of jojoba oil primarily include vitamin E and provitamin A as well as vitamin B6 and various minerals.
Almond oil leaves skin hydrated and smooth. It also soothes dry and irritated skin by regenerating damaged cells. Almond oil naturally contains plenty of nutrients, especially vitamin E, the so-called tocopherol, which is often added to anti-aging products

Gently work the balm into your facial hair and the skin beneath your facial hair.

About me
All of my products are handmade by me in very small batches in my studio in St. Gallen, Switzerland. My soap is cold process soap, meaning I make the recipe from scratch with full control over all the ingredients. Each bar of soap is aged for 4 to 6 weeks. This ensures that all of the water has evaporated and results in a harder bar of soap that lasts longer.

Tips to extend the life of your soap
Place your soap in a bowl that will drain (not flat on the tile or in a non-draining bowl!) And make sure it doesn't get wet between uses. This is optional, but it will definitely help your soap last longerHow long do your soaps mature?
My soaps mature 4 to 6 weeks open on the shelf so that they can dry well. My pure olive oil soap needs to mature for at least 6 months or more.
What do you use titanium dioxide for?
I use titanium dioxide to lighten the soap, depending on the raw materials, the natural soap can be green, yellow or brown. In nature, titanium dioxide is widespread in the form of the minerals rutile and ilmenite (together with iron). Titanium dioxide is non-toxic and not harmful to water.
Which soap for extremely dry skin?
All of my natural soaps are suitable for dry skin. Milk soaps in particular are ideal for dry skin.
PH of soaps, don't they dry out the skin?
Definitely no. Natural soaps (please do not confuse them with industrial soaps) are always basic. The pH value is 8.5 - 10. This is absolutely harmless to our skin. Amniotic fluid. E.g. has a pH value of 8.5 and let's be honest, is there a more beautiful and softer skin than baby skin?
What is NaOH?
NaOH aka caustic soda or sodium hydroxide is an essential ingredient in soap production. Our lye is made from common table salt dissolved in water, and electrodes add electricity to the mixture, creating chloride, hydrogen and lye. This material has been used in natural soap production for centuries. When used correctly, it can help make safe natural products. However, according to European cosmetic laws, you will not find sodium hydroxide on our labels as it is not included in the end products.
Can children use natural soaps?
Yeah sure! Children in particular benefit from the mild cleaning and natural care

It is very different. Raw materials such as rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, hemp oil, goat and sheep milk, honey, herbs and plants come from Switzerland.
Well-known raw materials such as coconut oil, shea butter, babassu oil, olive oil, grape seed oil etc. are often very transparent and easily traceable (fair trade etc.) available from wholesalers in the respective country. I don't use palm oil.
I try to avoid other raw materials or to reduce their consumption. Often I have to rely on my feelings. Transparency is important to me so that I and my customers can decide yes or no.
